James "Kris" Nash age 75, of Casselberry, Florida, passed away April 25, 2020. He was born July 31, 1944 in Boca Raton, Florida, the son of the late James Knight and Ruth (Johnson) Nash. Mr. Nash served his country proudly with the United States Army. Prior to his retirement Kris was a journalist with the Associated Press, and the Sanford Herald Newspaper. He enjoyed bowling, chess, loved to play games; he was a trivia buff. Mr. Nash loved meeting new people, he had a great sense of humor, was a good listener and a great conversationalist. Kris was predeceased by his parents and his sister Susan Carroll. Mr. Nash is survived by his loving wife of 45 years Pat Nash, one son Kyle (Erin) Nash, two grandchildren Veronica, and Korbin Nash; who affectionately called him "Boom Pa". Services will be held privately.
