Joycelyn Etta Rush age 88, of Sanford, Florida, passed away September 27, 2021. She was born January 10, 1933 in Mobile, Alabama, the daughter of the late Glennie Alba and Hilda (Booker) Rush. Prior to her retirement she was a missionary for New Tribes Mission, in Sanford, Florida. Services were held privately.
