Obituary

Michael Thomas Simpson age 49, of Massillon, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly June 20, 2022. He was born December 29, 1972 in Frankfurt, Germany, the son of the late Thomas and Heidi Simpson. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years Nicole A. Simpson, children Jordan (Jake) Rath, Alex, Madison, Aidan, and Isabella. Michael is also survived by his sisters Jennifer Simpson, Shirley Simpson, and his nieces and nephews Natalie Cecchini, Alex Cecchini, Anthony Cecchini, Rebecca Rudibaugh, Jackie Williams, Mike Salter and Nicholas Salter. Michael was a graduate of Perry High School. He was extremely talented working with computers and loved to spend time working with anything related to computers. He enjoyed cars and working on them. His greatest joys in life were his five children and spending time with his family. During his free time, Michael was an avid outdoorsman. He loved hunting, fishing, and riding his ATV with friends and family. His most recent hobby has been raising ducks. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Salvation Army in Michael’s name would be appreciated.
